Photography by Onyx Marie + Beach Bones Jewelry's New Collection Release
HAUNT from 6-8 pm
811 E Burnside #112 Portland, Oregon
“Beach Bones” is a reference to shells, the first materials designer Nicolette Peterson ever made into jewelry. Her newest collection, Mollusca is an ode to that original source of inspiration. The centerpiece of the collection, broken seashells cast in brass and sterling silver are accented with Mother of Pearl and shells she and her dad found while beach combing.
Onyx Marie will be showing summer inspired floral and fashion photography, a perfect compliment to our new space.
There are also many new ladies in the building, it is really shaping up to be a hub for fashion design here at 811. Kate Towers/Nahanni Arntzen, Alexa Stark, and Vava Lingerie will all be having shop/studio openings in the building on June 2nd too!

The Spring / Summer 2016 collection evokes fluid forms tempered with natural, muted tones. Airy, textured fabrics of silk, linen, hemp, and cotton juxtapose strong lines, inspired by balanced chaos and elemental earth
Art shows set the tone for the shop for the season and we are very excited to see Amy Wennerlind's dark lush floral photography transform the space for Fall. We are also hosting two trunk shows for the opening on first Friday. Vintage seller Continuall will be bringing a rack of dreamy pieces perfect for updating your wardrobe this season and designer Melamosey will be bringing her modern and textural jewelry.
